A neuroscience professor and mom of 2 with ADHD
After being diagnosed with ADHD at 37, I thought I knew everything I needed to know to succeed with ADHD. And, on the surface, I looked successful, ambitious, and like I had it all together. But, I was chasing ADHD and productivity hacks that just led to me juggling (and dropping) even more balls until I hit burnout. Hard. That's when I had to find a simple, flexible system that combined neuroscience and common sense to work with the chaos that is my ADHD brain.
Now, my schedule works for me, I am able to set boundaries with my time, and I'm spending time meeting my needs first instead of everyone else's. Most importantly, I'm happy and optimistic about the future. I want that for you.

Do you even have ADHD if you don't have a graveyard of planners and Apps that you pinned all of your hopes on until it lay forgotten, collecting dust only a few weeks or months later (kidding...sort of)? The thing is, apps and planners and ADHD hacks won't work when you are so overwhelmed by daily life. And let me tell you, I've spoken with a lot of women and I can confirm, they are all overwhelmed.
The truth is, if ADHD hacks were the answer, none of us would be struggling! But, treating each issue with its own hack is like constantly mopping up the water from a leaky pip without ever fixing the leak. This makes life all about misery reduction (sounds awful, right?). A full, happy life should not just be about avoiding misery, but also about pursuing joy, contentment, happiness, and freedom.
But how? I realized what I needed was a few simple, low maintenance systems that addressed the root issues, are easy to maintain, and that I could come back to when life (inevitably) goes off the rails. I had to figure it out through research, coaching, and trial and error, and now, I want to share with as many women as possible through the ADHD Success Lab.
I absolutely LOVE Professor Tiff—she is validating, calming, extremely knowledgeable, and very organized. It's so helpful to have someone with ADHD create an ADHD course :)
